No. We are a pure advisory and facilitation practice. We don't sell, implement, or integrate technology. Our advice is independent precisely because we have no financial interest in what you buy. When you need an implementation partner, we can point you to the right ones.
SME to enterprise, across sectors. The problems are usually the same — competing priorities, stakeholder misalignment, unclear business cases. The pace and politics differ. We adapt the engagement format accordingly. The minimum useful engagement is a leadership team of 3+ people with a real AI decision to make.
Both. Workshop facilitation works best in person — we travel to your location. Advisory and mentoring sessions work well over video. Retainer clients are typically managed remotely with occasional in-person visits. We're based in Cape Town but work globally, in English and French.
All engagements are priced on scope, not day rate. After a free initial call, we'll propose a fixed-fee structure with clear deliverables. You know the total cost upfront. Retainers are monthly, rolling, and cancellable with 30 days' notice. We invoice in ZAR, GBP, EUR, or USD depending on where you're based.
One lead consultant does the work — not a junior team managed from a distance. We're faster to mobilise, more direct in our advice, and genuinely independent of any technology vendor. We have no upsell incentive beyond doing good work. Scope is fixed upfront, not expanded mid-engagement.
Nothing formal. You need a leadership team that's genuinely curious about AI and a sense that something needs to change. We've started engagements with a two-slide deck and a confused exec team. That's fine — the first workshop is designed to create clarity, not build on it.
Yes — and it often makes sense to. Leadership often sets direction through a Strategy engagement while teams build capability through Academy courses simultaneously. The two offerings are designed to work together. Combined packages can be discussed during your free call.
We've worked across financial services, healthcare, retail, professional services, and technology. We don't specialise by sector — the AI strategy challenge is largely similar across industries. If deep sector expertise is required (e.g. regulatory compliance in a specific jurisdiction), we bring in a trusted specialist for that component.

He founded Proven Path Strategy because the AI consulting market is full of frameworks and short on follow-through. His approach is direct: clear diagnosis, independent advice, and staying involved until the outcome lands — not until the invoice is paid.
